Biography

Skye graduated from Schulich School of Business with Master of Accounting degree in 2018, obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2021, and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program. She has a broad range of Canadian tax experience with tax planning, tax minimization strategies, tax compliance, tax provision, voluntary disclosure applications, and CRA review, audits, objections and appeals. Her specialization is in Canadian and cross-border tax, mining tax, corporate reorganizations and SR&ED claim.

Through her years of practice, Skye accumulated in-depth knowledge in mining, clean energy, technology, construction and manufacture industries. Skye manages tax compliance and planning for over 300 clients, providing strategic guidance on flow-through shares, reorganizations, RSUs, and ownership structures.
